Professional Status

As a member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association (GCSAA) and Georgia Golf Course Superintendents Association (Georgia GCSA), Patrick strives to produce the best conditions and golfer experience that he can on a daily basis. He has been the golf course superintendent at Georgia Southern University Golf Course since 2011, overseeing the development of the golf course and maintenance facility. Prior to Georgia Southern University, Patrick was the Senior Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at The Standard Club in Johns Creek, Georgia, also overseeing a renovation project in 2004. Patrick has served as a member of the Georgia Golf Course Superintendent's Association Board of Directors since 2015.

Education

Patrick is a 2004 graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Crop and Soil Science Turfgrass Management. He also completed a cognate in Environmental Studies. While at Michigan State University, he was a member of the Turf Club. He was also awarded the prestigious Robert Hancock award from the Michigan Turf Foundation in 2004.
